He studied Construction & Project Management at the University of Newcastle, Australia and spent the last 11 years managing a large division at a well renowned high-end architectural building company in Sydney Australia. Menashe brings extensive experience in renovations, new construction, complex remedial & heritage construction projects from within Sydney’s most affluent suburbs. In the last year Menashe has executed on several projects within the Limassol region for several high-end clients.

Vasia our interior designer, is originally from Cyprus and attained her master’s degree in interior design from University of Portsmouth, UK. She has spent over a decade working for a Design & Construct firm specializing in residential projects. Throughout her career, Vasia has worked on a wide variety of projects in different parts of the industry, from high end residential to hospitality and commercial projects. Vasia approaches design with a practical viewpoint by considering client’s taste and budget together with the projects space functionality whilst always keeping sustainability in mind. With these foundations in place, Vasia’s goal is to implement new innovative materials and design practices to achieve the desired outcome.
